Terms and condition:

1. Price: All published prices of GH products are shown as list price. Prices given are F.O.B. the GH warehouse and do not include freight, delivery or special handling services.

2. Changes, cancellations or special orders: All products orders may be cancelled by the ordering party within 24 working hours. Changes or cancellations to an order must be in writing and may result in additional charges for labor and /or materials. Orders for non-standard items may not be canceled. Factory orders may not be changed within 30 days of the scheduled ship date.

3. Freight or shortage claims: Shortage claims must be made within seven working days from receipt of shipment. GH is not responsible for any loss or shortage on merchandise to third party shipping.

4. Return of merchandise: No returned goods will be accepted without written approval from GH. Such returns must be prominently marked with the return goods authorization number and shipped prepaid. Non-stock materials are not returnable.

5. Warranty: Our doors and frames shall be warranted for a period of one year for all cold rolled prime painted products. Galvanized prime painted products shall be warranted for a period of 10 years.

6. Credit terms for all materials invoiced to customer are net 30 days only.
